What is it?

What is Solaris Station?

Solaris Station is an AI-powered platform that uses guided conversations to help people better understand complex situations by exploring perspectives inspired by some of history's greatest thinkers.

Throughout each conversation, users compare their own way of interpreting a situation with different mental frameworks, broadening their understanding and discovering new ways to analyze the challenges they face.

The experience begins with a Diagnosis, where Solaris organizes the key ideas and generates a downloadable LOG. From there, users can continue with Idea Crystallization, an optional stage designed to deepen the reflection.

Foundation

The Solaris Philosophy

1. Understanding precedes decisions.

Every decision is shaped by the way we interpret reality. Expanding our understanding expands the range of decisions we are capable of making.

2. Perspective is a cognitive resource.

No individual can observe every aspect of a complex situation. Different perspectives reveal different truths.

3. Wisdom is accumulated experience.

Humanity has spent thousands of years exploring the same questions through philosophy, psychology, science and art. Solaris seeks to make those mental frameworks more accessible.

4. Better questions create better answers.

Growth rarely begins with certainty. It begins with questions that challenge our assumptions.

5. Reflection is a skill.

The ability to observe our own thinking can be developed, refined and strengthened over time.

Our mission

Solaris's mission is to help people expand their understanding of reality through the contrast of perspectives, because we believe that a broader understanding enables better decisions, healthier relationships, and a life lived with greater clarity, freedom, and purpose.

Methodology

How it works

The decisions we make depend on how we understand the situation in front of us. That understanding is shaped by our mental framework — the collection of experiences, knowledge, values, and ways of reasoning we develop throughout our lives.

Solaris is built around the principle of comparing your reasoning with others before taking action. Instead of limiting that feedback to the people you already know, Solaris gives you access to mental frameworks inspired by history's greatest thinkers, built from the reasoning patterns that made their contributions so influential.

AIpollo

Your conversation guide

AIpollo leads the entire experience. Rather than solving your problem, its role is to understand the situation, identify the most relevant elements, and guide the reflection process. It determines when an expert's perspective would be valuable and organizes the information to build a coherent diagnosis.

Stages

1. Diagnosis

A conversation with AIpollo to understand your situation. Then, a session with the expert best suited to your case. At the end, Solaris generates a downloadable LOG with the key findings.

2. Idea Crystallization

Optional stage. The user continues the conversation with the expert using the diagnosis as a starting point to deepen the reflection and develop a more mature perspective.

Guides

The experts

The experts represent mental frameworks inspired by historical figures recognized for the lasting influence of their ideas. Each approaches problems from a distinct perspective.

Carl Gustav Jung

Deep exploration of the unconscious

Specializes in depth psychology and the understanding of human behavior. His approach explores motivations, emotions, inner conflicts, identity, and recurring psychological patterns.

Albert Einstein

Logic, curiosity and new perspectives

Specializes in scientific thinking and structured problem solving. His approach seeks to simplify complexity, challenge assumptions, and examine the relationships between the different elements of a situation.

Sócrates

Dialogue, wisdom and self-questioning

Specializes in philosophical reasoning and critical thinking. His method uses questions to examine the user's ideas, uncover contradictions, and help build stronger conclusions.

Access

Open Beta

Solaris Station is currently in Open Beta, which means anyone can explore the platform without creating an account.

During this stage, our goal is to validate the user experience, refine the methodology, and continuously improve our conversations through the insights gained from each iteration.

Temporary access

This open-access model is temporary. Future versions will require users to sign in to access features such as conversation history, progress tracking, and personalized experiences. In the meantime, we invite everyone to explore Solaris and be part of this stage of its evolution.

Disclaimers

Solaris does not exist to tell you what to think. Its purpose is to help you discover different ways of thinking.

The Experts

The experts available in Solaris are representations inspired by historical figures. They are not intended to faithfully reproduce their exact thoughts, personalities, or responses. Each expert is built around a mental framework based on the most representative ideas and principles of their work.

Artificial Intelligence

Conversations in Solaris are generated using artificial intelligence models. While Solaris is designed to provide helpful and consistent responses, they may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or imperfect interpretations. The information provided should be used as a tool for reflection.

Nature of the Conversations

Solaris is designed to support analysis and the exploration of ideas. Its conversations do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance.

Personal Decisions

Any decisions made based on a conversation in Solaris remain the responsibility of the user. The platform is intended to provide tools for broader reflection, but every situation should be evaluated within the context of each individual's unique circumstances.

Continuous Evolution

Solaris Station is continuously evolving. Its methodology, experts, user experience, and features will continue to improve as the project incorporates new insights and feedback from the community.
